chanelle kanani has been a native hawaiian lomi practitioner and licensed esthetician for almost twenty years. she practices tai chi, yoga and qi gong. and was blessed with the opportunity to learn hoʻoponopono, a hawaiian peace making process from respected hawaiian kupuna (elders) aunty malia craver and uncle howard peʻa.
she was part of a special hawaii delegation with kamehameha schools + polynesian voyaging society. traveling all throughout the polynesian triangle: hawaii > alaska > tahiti > raiatea > aotearoa > rapa nui helping to capture cultural protocols on film. surrounded by master navigators, hula dancers, lei makers, kumu and cultural practitioners. she is grateful for all the people that she’s met, valuable lessons learned and mana-full moments experienced along the way.
she incorporates pule (prayer), ha (breath of life), and la’au lapa’au (plant medicine). helping to facilitate healing on a more deeper mind, body and spiritual level.
